Mai sadqa e jaria ke tor per apna diet plan share ker rahi hon… meray weight gain ki wajah se mujhay ghutno mai pain rehnay lug gaya tha aur meray dr. ne mujhay kaha kai app ki bones week ho rahi hain aur inn mai itni taqat nahi kai woh extra weight bhi carry ker sukain.. toh mujhay 2 advices mili

    So i did light exercises just for 15 minutes & non-stop walk for only 15 minutes everyday at my home… i just spent total 30 minutes.. that is it… walk mai ne apni ghar ki roof pai ki big round circles mai non-stop.
    Second thing was healthy diet that can be maintain for life… & Alhumdolilah i found it… & that is… high protein, high fat but low carbohyderates… its called keto diet… laikin mai ne gundom nahi nikali apni life se bcause Allah SWT ki yeh bohot bari naimat hai insaan ke liyeh…so what i did is kai sirf dinner mai aik roti ( half gundum halh bhosi ) zaror laiti hon …
    Alizaa ki diet mai fat missing hai jo kai humari bones ko nervous syatem ko strong rukhta hai aur stress ki bimarion se bachata hai… mai rooz 2-3 table spoon desi ghee ke sath 2 whole eggs beat ker kai uss mai 1 cup chopped cabbage mila ker omlette bana laiti hon… 5 hours tuk bhook nahi lugti… phir sham mai peanuts aik cup milk ke sath aur phir dinner mai aik bhosi wali roti kai sath normal ghar ka koi sa bhi salan laikin 3- 4 chicken/fish/meat ki boati ke sath… aur agar koi sabzi bani ho toh uss kai saath aik boil egg takay protein add ho jayeh… iss dinner ke sath 1 bowl salad zaror laiti hon..usually tomato & cucumber…

    Mai ne Alhumdolilah iss diet se 9 kg weight loss kiya 3 months mai aur promise by God meri health bohot acchi ho gayi… shinning skin shinning eyes & most importantly meri bones bhi strong howi hai healthy fats ki wajha se…

  2. Very happy u loose weight .it right it's our life style that's changes our weight.even after kids it's easy to control weight .if wife weight is in control and husband admire u it's a great feeling .Alhamdulillah after 3 kids my weight is 58 kg .great job aliza
