  1. Couldn't agree more Gary, I would say that this is 100% a large room for improvement in my life as an aspiring entrepreneur and the lives of those around me (I've run a $260,000 business over the course of three years but that's peanuts). It's awesome to see someone to look up to such as yourself where you talk about this as your clouds in #ASKGARYVEE. Two words: Massive integrity. Keep it up boss because as you get better, Im driven to get better as well. Your enthusiasm is infectious.

  2. My man Gary. I live by what you just said: 99% of people are predictably irrational. I was assigned in Econ in 2009 to read the book Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariely and it absolutely changed my life. I'll bring you my copy so you can read it. Dan Ariely is a behavioral economist (basically a social scientist just like you analyzing consumer behavior) based in Boston and would be an excellent person to contact. I hit up D-Rock about you wanting to hire epic car salesmen with BOTH. I'm ready to rock this new world with ya. #allin #VaynerNation #Cleveland

  3. If you want to learn about how people make decisions, look at the tremendous body of research that Kahneman and Tversky produced over decades of studying why people do what they do. One of the general themes that comes up over and over is that people respond emotionally to something, then rationalize why they did what they did, and we get so good at this that we convince ourselves we're good decision makers when we're not nearly as good as we want to think we are. Human beings most often put immediate gratification over deferred gratification. We are, generally speaking, impulsive short term thinkers. This brings us back to another one of Gary's major themes: self-awareness. If you can be honest with yourself, and be self-aware enough to catch the times when you fall into impulse behavior, you can identify your triggers over time, develop new strategies, and decrease how often you fall for the impulse grab.

  4. Seeing how hard Gary hustles makes me hustle and grind as hard as I can to accomplish my goals. It's almost like I'm slowly aquiring this habit: Thanks alot for that Gary. Hard work beats talent any day

  5. Since I saw your first video, I knew your different from other motivational speakers…You really are. Such a humble&rational person who just doesn´t talk shit, but takes action. Keep it up (Y)
