  1. It’s not about the number of followers. I was that kid who threw those parties. I knew the market. And that was the crowd of girls I wanted to get to know.

    6. Using content creating as you leverage

  4. I agree with a lot of what he says except for not monetizing your products,
    As speaking gigs don't pay you while you're sleep or while you're on vacation as you must be present
    I also believe that when people pay, they pay attention,
    And when it comes to personal branding, again this way of conducting business requires you to be present
